1. About Livendo Spain

Livendo Spain provides relocation coordination, immigration advisory, and property search assistance services for international clients wishing to move to Spain. We are based in Málaga, Spain.

Important: Livendo Spain is not a licensed Spanish law firm and does not provide regulated legal or tax advice. Where legal or tax advice is required, we coordinate with qualified third-party professionals on your behalf.

2. Services Provided

Livendo Spain offers the following advisory and coordination services:

• Spain Digital Nomad Visa guidance and application coordination
• Spain Non-Lucrative Visa guidance and application coordination
• Relocation assistance and settlement support
• Property search introductions and coordination
• Spanish company formation coordination
• NIE and TIE application assistance
• Bank account introduction and assistance

All services are subject to a separate written service agreement and fee proposal provided before engagement.

3. No Legal or Regulated Advice

Information provided on this website and during consultations is for general guidance purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Visa requirements, income thresholds, and Spanish regulations may change. We always recommend verifying current requirements with qualified Spanish legal professionals.

Livendo Spain does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by Spanish government authorities. We can improve the quality and completeness of your application, but cannot influence governmental decisions.

4. Use of This Website

Service fees are fixed and agreed in writing before any paid engagement begins. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service agreement. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livendo Spain shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusals by Spanish immigration authorities
• Changes in Spanish immigration law or government policy
• Delays caused by third parties, government processing times, or incomplete information provided by the client
• Loss of income, business, or opportunity arising from relocation decisions
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for the purposes of your service. You understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality or outcome of your application. You are responsible for ensuring documents you provide are genuine.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the service, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Third-Party Services

Livendo Spain may introduce you to third-party professionals including lawyers, property agents, banks, and relocation companies. These introductions are provided as a courtesy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Fees already paid for completed work will not be refunded. If Livendo Spain terminates an engagement due to client misconduct or provision of false information, no refund will be due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify existing clients of material changes by email.
